PRICES
Minimum stay 2 nights.
The price is per room per night including use of air conditioning, LED TV, private bathroom, terrace, safe, small refrigerator, parking space next to the room, pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, VAT, tourist tax and insurance. ONE NIGHT STAY IS ALSO AVAILABLE, BUT THE PRICE IS 30% MORE EXPENSIVE. In a room or apartment, an extra bed is for children up to 15 years old. Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required for booking, but not less than the price for one night. In case of cancellation:
- seven days before the date of arrival, the deposit is returned;
- six or fewer days before the date of check-in, the deposit is retained.
Check-in is after 3 pm, and check-out is until 11 am.
